Most of the top performing teams in our market today utilize an effective online lead generation website platform. The challenge is, they are extremely expensive and so for most individual REALTORS® the cost makes them out of reach. Consistent with our overall brokerage philosophy to leverage our size and scale, RE/MAX River City invests the significant up front development and monthly online ad budget and management spend to generate quality leads to our Agents.
This program is limited to 25 Associates. You must attend mandatory training and ongoing weekly accountability. You receive access to a full CRM (client relationship management) software that is web based and has a mobile app.
Two options for compensation are:
- $200 per month and 35% referral fee paid on closed deals
- $0 per month and 50% referral fee paid on closed deals
You must qualify for this program and be approved, plus maintain ongoing accountability to remain included. A wait list is taken when over 25 approved agents.
