Services

Social Media Audit – $150

Review all online profiles and accounts to ensure they are up to date, provide an action plan for you to optimize your account or you can have RE/MAX River City do the optimization for you. You will be provided with a report and a 1 hour consultation.

Optimization & Setup Package – $250

  • Set up and optimize social profiles (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Optimize your RE/MAX leadstreet website
  • Gain access to Website Portal
  • Ensure no dead menu items on website
  • Create neighbourhood pages on REALTOR® website (max 3 pages)
  • Create consistent branding throughout all platforms
  • Make sure address and phone numbers are current and up-to-date everywhere
  • Update search meta descriptions
  • Google Keywords Research
  • Create Facebook Ads Manager
  • Make sure social links are on website and working properly

Want additional support? $50/Additional Hour (quote provided)

Social Media Content 

Working with you we develop your social media content strategy, target ideal client and “online voice”. We then create customized content for you and post to your social media accounts as below.

The minimum budget starts at $1,000 per month for these advertising strategies and is recommended to be $1500 to $2500/month to see effective results within the first three months.
