Vanguard Ambassadors
Become a Vanguard Ambassador
If you're a dedicated REMAX agent or team leader over 40 years of age, with a track record of leadership and professional excellence, take this exciting step in your career and apply to become a Vanguard Collective Ambassador to represent your local community.
This is your chance to be a mentor and speak up for change on behalf of your peers. You must be nominated by your Broker/Owner or Manager and meet the following requirements:
- Must be a REMAX agent or team leader for minimum of 2 years
- Must submit a 1–2 minute video expressing why you should be selected
- Must be available for quarterly conference calls with REMAX Canada
- Must be committed to attend the annual REMAX Activate National Conference
- Must create a local closed Facebook group of Vanguard Collective members in their respective area
- Must have proven leadership and/or professional capability
- All REMAX Agents who consider joining as an ambassador must be approved by REMAX Canada and be in good standing
- Ambassador's will work on a 2-year term
