Young Leaders Network
The Young Leaders Network (YLN) aims to provide leadership to members of REMAX Canada who are under the age of 40, to promote deeper and more meaningful connections. YLN’s mission is to bring together a group of Young, Passionate, REMAX agents, with the goal of working together and collaborating to help shape the future of REMAX and build a better Real Estate Industry.
All REMAX agents under 40 can join YLN, and gain access to the FaceBook group where tips, tricks, and advice are shared to help one another. Plus, through the FaceBook group, YLN members have the opportunity for referrals. There is a referral map tool showing where each YLN member is located around Canada, making it easier for agents to connect to individuals serving specific regions for referrals.

Young Leader Network Conferences & Events
Young Leaders Network hosts events and conferences yearly specifically for the YLN members. These events are more tight-knit as it is a smaller group of agents invited (Canadian REMAX agents under 40), which provides them the opportunity to spend more time with one another and connect. In May 2023, the YLN Conference was in Montreal and was a 3 day conference. Around 100 YLN members joined the conference, and there were workshops, speakers and networking sessions that focussed on industry trends, marketing tactics and client relationship building.
These conferences allow the members to learn more in-depth about other Canadian Markets and how their fellow agents tackle the differences in their specific areas. YLN members are able to gain so much valuable information from one another to be able to grow their own business, as well as connect with agents Canada wide.
